RONIVIA Studio is an independent art studio in Toronto, Canada. Every piece is handcrafted and hand-painted in our studio. This page explains how returns and refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Sale.
All sales are final
Because each piece is made by hand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference or sizing. Small variations in colour and detail are a natural part of hand-painted work and are not defects.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email info@ronivia.ca within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, the box and the packaging. Please keep all packaging until the claim is settled. We will file the claim with the carrier and, once it is confirmed, repair, remake or refund the piece.
Wrong or missing item
If we sent the wrong item, or something is missing, write to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Made-to-order pieces
If a design is sold out, we make it for you and ship in about one week. Made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started.
