RONIVIA Studio is an independent art studio in Toronto, Canada. Every piece is handcrafted and hand-painted in our studio. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. If anything is unclear, please write to info@ronivia.ca before you order — we are happy to help.
1. All sales are final
Because each piece is made by hand, and many are personalised, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour preference or sizing. Please read the product description, dimensions and photos carefully before ordering. Small variations in colour and detail are a natural part of hand-painted work and are not defects.
2. Damage in transit
We pack every piece with care and ship insured. If your order arrives damaged, email info@ronivia.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece, the box and the packaging. Please keep all packaging until the claim is settled. We will repair, remake or refund the piece, at our discretion, once the claim is reviewed.
3. Custom and personalised orders
- Custom work starts after you approve the design and the deposit or full payment is received.
- We share a preview for approval before production. Once you approve it, the design cannot be changed and the order cannot be cancelled.
- Typical production time is 2–4 weeks; we confirm the timeline for each project. Busy seasons may take longer.
- You confirm that you have the right to use any photos or images you send us.
4. Prices, packaging and shipping
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from our studio in Toronto to your address, based on weight, size and the service you choose.
- A protective packaging fee is added to shipped orders, depending on box size and destination.
- Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
- International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times given by carriers are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
5. Free pickup in Toronto
You can choose free pickup at checkout. We will contact you to arrange a time. Pickup orders have no shipping or packaging fee.
6. Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, re-shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
7. Lighter covers
Lighter covers are decorative art pieces made for Clipper-style lighters. Lighters are not included unless stated. Keep away from open flame and heat sources other than normal lighter use. Some designs are intended for adults (18+).
